FinaL ArtWork !! (>.<)

Okay, this is the steps that we do to do our final year artwork for creative studies ~ We must do an artwork based on the GENERAL title that was given to us that is Creative multimedia.

For our group,we choose the concept of "how animation impacts life?" (animation is include in creative multimedia as well)

so the first step we do is we drafted two mind maps (There is four images here, the two mind map with pictures is the final mind map that we submitted to our lecturer)

Then after our concepts was approved.... we were asked to do an essay about our concepts .

Then the next tasks was, every group must do about 50 sketches to potray our concepts.There was 5 people in each group thus dividing the task for about 10 sketches for each member.. mine was more like comic though XD

Then from the 50 sketches that was done, we were asked to choose one from the ten sketches that we draw(one for each member meaning there must be 5 drawings) so mine was like this ,

Then from all the visual work (sketches) my group planned to present our final artwork using a video animation. The video is quite random.Me and my other teammates can't stop laughing watching it (maybe its because we never done anything like it before so we find it pretty funny seeing our images and voices in a video ) ^^

so that was it , our final artwork. ^^ (the vid takes a REALLY2 long time to upload) hmm, maybe we'll just have to wait for my internet connection to be a bit faster. Later i'll try to upload the vid again. Stay tuned ^^

Its not the best of all but it is the bestest we can do for now. :)

RandOm of Being RanDOm :D

This topic now is Random words. Talk about random, how does it helps the creativity?? Haha i believe i already talk about random=creativity in the very first post again :) . Anyway, random words helps us from the stereotype thinking. Means? by using random word,we can think and view other things@ our environment from every different angle.

In the class, i learn that ;

- Random = using the simplest idea you can get
-some quotes that i learned  "every one of us have our own carrots"
  

and the question here is "how do we get away from the carrot?"

one word ... RANDOM

by combining the random word + problem together , we can solve the matters in most creative ways :D
BUT !!!!

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT DO NOT COMBINE THE RANDOM WORD + PROBLEMS TOGETHER because that will not solve anything. Trust me, you go nowhere by doing like that :)

so the exercises for now is "Illustrate your idea on the scary image or object"

Association :

1 ) GROWL : (Kittens growl don't they)
                      - make a fearful or eerie sounds to scare or warns the visitors

                   Make a large BLACK HON or SIREN !

Actually what i'm trying to imply here is we use the random word to solve the problem and yet do not involve or include the random word/thing in the problems. This is the best explaination that i can give, haha well i'm not very good with words also.

Most of the words combine is the word LIGHTNING + MOUNTAIN :D

Jux-Ta-Position Desu ~ :D

Juxtaposition?? what does it mean by the word?? Well, the stereotype answer (duh~ always) Juxtapositon is A placing or being placed in nearness or contiguity, or side by side; as a juxtaposition of words....    


To make it simple , it is like this ;

well, if you still don't understand hurm........ i'm not very good with words... how should i explain this.... well i guess i just have to use the poem/statement to explain it (although i'm not very good with it,especially if want to talk about love =.=)


Okay, i choose the random word coffee = love

Love is like a drinking a coffee 
Some people love it , some people don't
Why is it so? Cause at first taste, it is bitter and black too =.=
 
The same goes for love , 
Love can be sweet but at the same time it can be bitter ,
It depends on the individual , to be hurt or not to be hurt ,
But for those who give up on the first try, they will never taste
the greatness and the wonderful of the coffee, And yet
For those who stays,they will get an unexplainable feeling and joy..
which those who giving up can't get..


So.... The sweetness of LOVE can only be tasted when 
You're not giving up .... Hang in there and Happiness is stored for you :)

Lesung Batu @ Mortar and Pestle

Whenever we talk about mortar and pestle or in Bahasa Melayu we call it "Lesung Batu" , people who is a stereotype thinkers ( usually ) will only thinks "oh,this is the kitchen thingy" or "Lesung Batu is only used for the kitchen". Do you know what mortar and pestle is???? Well, for those who don't know you guys can refer the image below :)

So,as a creative students ..... (eventhough that i'm not that creative)  we have to think of these things in an unusual ways of using it . In this activiry, we used the mind mapping method.XD

well,with some randoms words popping out during the ideation process, i come up with these three ideas that i like :D

 1st . Spirit Worship Thing : Well, this idea of mine tells I'm sure way in thefuture,future,future,future..Mortar and pestle will become a historic thing (well kinda ) SO ~ with these weird looking stuff , they will thought that these thing had some kind of spirits dwells in it.When they believe there's a spirit,they will worship these mortar and pestle to help their lifes such as money problems. They will worship it and asked for things like 4D numbers to get rich fast. (TOTO,Magnum)

2nd . Soul Mate Finder : This is a funny one. Well, since these mortar and pestle is a historic thing (yeah right)The people in  the future will use it as a soulmate finder due to its "so called old spirit".If the girl got many marriage proposal at the same time, the girl will use the pestle to choose her partner,so all the candidates put their mortar on the table and if the girl combine her pestle with the chosen mortar,the chosen one is the one that will be the girl's husband.

3rd . Curse things (voodoo) : Well, for this idea, the user will use the mortar and pestle to curse someone. The user will have to put the pictures or images of someone he/she wants to curse into the mortar and the curse will begin when the user start hitting the images/pictures using the pestle. It is believe that the harder the hit/crush , the stronger and effective it is the curse to make the cursed person suffer

So tara ~~~~ that is the 3 final ideas that i came up with ! Strange enough right? ^^



                                  










                                       

Novelty? Apple? Bill Gates?

hurm.. novelty? what should i talk about it. Well, i'm not very good how to explain things or words actually. So i just looked up the Wikipedia and read it.

Novelty (derived from Latin word novus for "new") is the quality of being new.It also refers to something novel; that which is striking, original or unusual
Talk about Novelty,there's a guy. BILL GATES. Oh yeah, actually i know about novelty=bill gates also from my lecturer. Well, since my lecturer requires me to talk about Bill Gates then i should. XD hahahahah

TaDa !!!! The image above is the ....... basically, he's the founder and chairman for MICROSOFT.

Early life : He was born in washington,upper middle class family,Took an interest in programming, he and his friends got so advance with the technologies untill  Computer Center Corporation (CCC), which banned four Lakeside students—Gates,Paul, Ric Weiland, and Kent Evans—for the summer after it caught them exploiting bugs in the operating system to obtain free computer time (Wow, these guys are amazing during their youth)

But from and because of that banned thing, the four guys get offered after the National Science Departments@ETC with science detect their programming abilities and thus hired the quartet to work with them.Basically, they improved the machines to be better.

To be short, Bill gates achieved all this due to one factor. CONSTANT AND HIGH INTERESTS FOR SOFTWARES AND MACHINES.Of course his awesome smart brain and his family support can be included in his sources of achievements.

He got a house worth 125 million dollars @.@...... Wish i had a brain like him..
Even when he is sleeping, or no matter what he do, the money still flows to his pocket.
He remains the richest guy in the world for a few years already.This is why i like about him.
He can make his creation,interest and passion the sources of his cost-living. I want to one too.

He really is aspiring.

Creativity ?

Creativity ? What does the word really stands for ? Actually for me , there is no absolute and exact answer for the word . Every people had it own answers thus to answer the question that i stated , I'm pretty sure most of the people got different answers (Well , only if they don't read the book , trusts me, when we don't read , we will answer with anything that we had on mind that time ;D )

People say creativity is the ability to create something new and different . The famous quote "Think out of the box " . I really impressed with people who can think creatively . Because for me , thinking creative helps to colour the life . It makes life more meaningful and fun . Besides that , creative thinking also helps to prevent our life become like a robot . Our lecturer for creative studies makes us to do something to see whether you are left-brained or right brained.And BAM ! I got the 'intelligent people' instead of 'creative people' which is most of my friends got that. I'm a FCM students i should get the creative one. Even now i'm explaining this creativity in the most boring way.

BUT ! even if i'm not that creative , i believe that the creativity is actually exists in everybody souls , it depends how we used it. Creativity has no boundaries , its up to us how to explore the world. Some of my friends says that creativity is to make people laughs @ had fun . Well, that is her point of view . For me , creativity is the ability of being random and i think that is really good since random people always create or do something that normal people doesn't . They always find a way to make their lifes more interesting and random people always think out of the box . I think the reason why i got the 'intelligent people' is because i always think the solutions for problems is just one.Not to mention that i always follow the rules =.= .... but i know we can improve if try hard.

When someday i can help coloured people's lives , i know that the creativity inside me has bloomed. Not just me , the same goes for everyone also. : )

Besides , I love being random. :) creativity has no boundaries and when people think , they should had the freedom to do anything they think is creative , don't always follow the rules stated or given . Who need rules ? (well,sometimes rules is good) If we always follow it, sure we can get the right way , but how we want to ' think out of the box' ???? I want to get out and use the other way also. So my definiton of creativity is random=creativity=freedom=fun .
